RATES AND CONTACT INFORMATION

Summer rate is $1575.00 per week plus local and state applicable taxes and cleaning fees. Summer
rates apply April thru September. Winter rates run from October thru March. During the summer we
offer WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY with check-in on Sunday at 12:00 noon. Check-out is Sunday at
10:00 a.m. We do offer shorter stays in the winter months, please call for availability.
Rates quoted when contact is made are for up to 4 persons. Extra guest with permission may be
charged an additional $20.00 per person per night.
Sorry no pet's allowed. We love pet's as much as most people do, but do not allow them, due to the
possibility that a guest following you could have allergies that may be affected by dander.
